Nick is a lifelong resident of Skippack Township and is a graduate of Perkiomen Valley High School. He graduated Temple University, where he studied education and history. He currently attends Eastern University to obtain his Masters in Special Education. In 2007, Nick began his teaching career at the Goddard School in Skippack. He is currently the Junior Kindergarten Teacher, a position he has held for eight years.
Nick is also a member of the Skippack Township Board of Supervisors. He has served as a Supervisor since October 2013 when he was appointed to fill a vacancy. In 2015, Nick ran for reelection to finish the term and in 2017 he ran for his own six year term. As a supervisor, Nick has overseen an increase in the township’s S&P credit rating to an AA+, the highest level obtained by municipalities. He has worked to hold the line on taxes and maintain the high quality of life Skippack is known for.
Prior to serving as a Skippack Township Supervisor, Nick served as the youngest president of the Skippack Historical Society. During that time, he worked to bring the society back from the brink of bankruptcy and collaborated with the township to preserve and protect a mid-1800’s farmstead on 26 acres.
Nick and his wife Nancy were married in October 2015. They have a 10 year old, Matthew, and a one year old, Luke.
